The DUO Pro takes everything that makes the standard DUO effective and upgrades it for premium floor applications. 1.5mm Butyl Rubber Deadening Layer
The base layer uses 1.5mm pure butyl rubber with more rubber and less mineral filler than competitor products, delivering better vibration damping and noise reduction per millimetre. Applied directly to the vehicle’s sheet metal floor, it eliminates panel resonance and structural noise at source before it enters the cabin.
Thick Closed Cell Foam Insulation Layer
The integral Dodo Super Liner closed cell thermo-acoustic foam layer provides excellent thermal and acoustic properties, stabilising cabin temperatures year-round and reducing condensation on cold floor panels. The thicker Pro foam layer delivers noticeably better thermal insulation than the standard DUO — particularly important for campervans used in cold weather.
Single Application Convenience
Despite the premium performance, installation is as simple as any Dodo Mat product — cut to size, peel and stick. No primer, no adhesive, no heat required. Supplied as a single continuous 5m roll for large area coverage with minimal joins.
Heat and Water Resistant
Heat resistant from -50°C to +150°C and fully water and oil resistant. Flammability tested to ISO 3795:1989 for vehicle interior use — suitable for all floor, boot and side panel applications.
