AM Acoustic Materials operates in the building and acoustic materials sector, producing environmentally responsible products such as AM EcoBoard, a 100% recycled composite construction board with superior acoustic performance. Our products are used in residential, commercial, and industrial applications across floors, ceilings, partitions, and walls.

Our Commitment
We uphold the highest standards of human rights and labour practices. We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking has no place anywhere in our organisation or within the partners and suppliers we work with.

Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain includes suppliers of recycled raw materials, manufacturing partners, logistics providers, and distribution partners. We expect all suppliers to adhere to labour, ethical, and environmental standards consistent with our own values.

We aim to work only with suppliers who demonstrate transparency and clear policies that prevent exploitation and unsafe working conditions.

Policies and Governance
AM Acoustic Materials has implemented a series of policies and procedures to reduce the risk of modern slavery, including:

• Supplier Code of Conduct outlining expectations for labour rights, safe working conditions, and ethical business practices.

• Environmental & Social Responsibility Policy emphasising sustainability and human rights across our operations.

• Whistleblowing Procedure enabling employees, contractors, and partners to report concerns confidentially.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment
We continue to assess risk within our operations and supply chain by:

• Reviewing supplier compliance and certifications.

• Conducting risk-based evaluations of new and existing suppliers.

• Engaging in ongoing dialogue with suppliers about labour standards.

• Monitoring high-risk sectors or regions associated with modern slavery.

Where a potential risk is identified, we take steps to investigate and, if necessary, terminate the relationship with that supplier.

Training and Awareness
We provide training for key staff members to ensure awareness of modern slavery indicators and reporting procedures. We are committed to continuing education on ethical sourcing and human rights to strengthen our internal capability to prevent exploitation.

Our Future Actions
As part of our ongoing commitment, AM Acoustic Materials will:

• Expand supplier audits and request additional evidence of labour compliance.

• Enhance internal training and incident-reporting mechanisms.

• Continue reviewing and improving our policies annually to remain aligned with best practices.
